When the introverted Fem joins a student club, her bedroom door is ripped off its hinges and there is only one way to get it back: by having sex in her new dorm room. Reluctantly, Fem agrees, but when the sex turns rough, Fem begs the boy to stop. Her pleas fall on deaf ears.

The next day, Fem wakes up with itchy welts in the shape of handprints. The welts only get worse until she discovers that her skin heals from consensual skin-to-skin contact. The skin condition teaches Fem that sex can also be liberating and doesn’t have to be violent. But when she sees her roommate fall victim to sexual violence, she uses her hungry skin for revenge.
